Sameer is an 11 year old boy studying in the 5^th standard. He is a very energetic boy who doesn’t miss a single chance to go out and play a game of cricket with his friends. Sameer dreams of becoming a Police Inspector when he grows up but his father, who earns minimum wage, is barely able to provide an acceptable standard of living for the family.
