Item Description Janet Zarowitz, MS, RD, CDN, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist is offering a 1-hour nutrition counseling session.

Janet believes that a blend of whole-food therapies, targeted nutrition supplements and lifestyle changes form the basis of good health and feeling better. Today more and more people have difficulties with basic functions of everyday life, many of which we take for granted. For example, it’s becoming increasingly common to have food sensitivities or digestive problems, immune issues, pain and inflammation, headaches, anxiety, difficulty sleeping or hormonal imbalances.

As an integrative and functional nutritionist, Janet looks to uncover underlying root causes for these and other health conditions and implements nutrition strategies to support the body’s own ability to heal.

Janet’s practice also specializes in Nutrigenomics - using clues from your genetic profile to better understand potential nutrition-related health conditions.
