Elizabeth is a talented Rolf practitioner in Moab who is passionate about feeling good in the physical body and sharing her depth of experience with others. In addition to her Rolf Certification, Elizabeth has also completed a 200 hour Yoga Certification and in 2011, she received certification for Yamuna® Body Rolling.
