Walter Arsenault started working for the Charlie Harrow back when he was a kid in the 1940s. He eventually purchased the business in the 1950's. Walter and his wife, Shirley, ran the business with a little help from the family and their 7 children. Dan and Wally Arsenault remain in the chicken pie making business. They both began working at Harrows as young children, and eventually purchased the company from their father in 1995. They both continue to work in the Reading location

You can either pick up a cold chicken pie, and cook it at home, or call ahead and pick up a steaming hot chicken pie that's ready to eat. Harrow's fresh chicken is slow-cooked overnight and put in their own special gravy made from scratch every day.  They are available with carrots and potatoes or without and contain all white meat.
