Pork & Mindy's Executive Chef, Jeff Mauro, developed complex flavors using simple ingredients to deliver sandwiches in a fast-casual setting. Meats are free of hormones and antibiotics and come from humanely raised animals right here in the Midwest. Our meats are slow-smoked for 14 hours, then pulled by hand.
