You'll get a hands on introduction to one of the most advanced homebrewing setups available, the All Electric 50 Amp Heat Exchange Recirculating Mash System! 4 to 6 weeks later you'll carry home 48 bottles of your very own beer. Choose from three available styles: American Pale Ale, India Pale Ale or German Pilsner.

This isn't a stale brewery tour where your tour guide points at shiny metal and then directs you to the gift shop. You'll get to mash grains, add hop additions, whirlpool chill, calculate brewhouse efficiency, pitch yeast and of course the most exciting part of any brew day: Clean and sanitize all the equipment! In between Tom will entertain you with stories of beers of days past, mistakes he's made when brewing, mistakes he's made in general and heck, you might even drink a beer or two straight from the tanks.
