UpBeat Music and Arts is not your typical music offering. Under the guided supervision of Scott Barbeau, keyboard player for the popular Chicago-based 80’s cover band, Sixteen Candles, Scott helps children achieve confidence, build self esteem and feel connected to the larger arts community. Boys and girls ages 7-17 will enjoy group and individual piano instruction and learn about music performance, technique, ear training, theory, reading music, writing music, and more.
