Private Tween/ Teen Class:

The winner of this prize gets a private pilates machine class for their child and up to 7 of their friends.  This class is most appropriate for those approximately 11 years old and up.  We will use the pilates reformers, the Cadillac Towers, arc barrels, the TRX and the BOSU's.  No previous pilates experience required. Conditioning exercises for specific sports can be added by request.
