Hone your life skills in our 14th Century French millhouse where you'll mince shallots and mushrooms, grill duck, to create rustic Gasconne specialties’. When you’re not cooking you’ll be riding horses, splashing in the house pool, navigating the French canals by canoe, and shopping the local markets.

In Barcelona our modern style bed and breakfast located in the vibrant Gracia neighborhood leaves little to be desired; you'll stir saffron into a fragrant authentic paella bursting with local seafood that you’ll pluck from the famous Boqueria market along with other modern Catalonian specialties.

When not cooking you’ll indulge in such activities as bicycle tours including street graffiti and tapas, explore the park where the famous artist Gaudi built his castle, and stand-up-paddle board along Barceloneta beach
