Description
The practice of yoga is a discipline that brings with it greater presence in one's life. It is by learning how to be conscious first of the body and of the breath, that the individual experiences more highly attuned senses and a greater sense of well-being. At Alive, our goal is to provide each person who walks through the door with an opportunity to expand. No matter what your previous experience is, Alive has a class that is right for you to begin your journey, or to continue on your way. Expert teachers who each maintain a strong practice of their own are here to safely guide you on the path towards union of body/mind/spirit. Each time we commit ourselves to our practice, we are a step closer to experiencing the fullness of life. Alive is a place to celebrate with a growing community of practitioners the joy of being alive!
Special Instructions
Pick Up: School parents (and others who contact us by 9 am on Monday, May 15) can pick up this item at Sebastopol Charter School on Thursday, May 18, between 2-4:30pm, OR Friday, May 19th, 1-3:30pm. Details about pick up location, any additional pick up times, and scheduling a special pick up time will be emailed to winning bidders at the close of auction.
Shipping: If you are not a school parent, this item will be shipped to you at your expense unless you contact us at fundraising@thecharterfoundation.org by Monday, May 15, at 9 am, to elect pick up instead of shipping. The estimated shipping charge for this item is $3.10.
Please note that if the item is a gift certificate, a gift card, tickets, or a similar item, it cannot be insured. We will send it by certified mail. For other items, the shipping charge will include insurance.
The Charter Foundation is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
