1-hour Session of EFT with Beryl Ryan.
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. It is also sometimes called “Tapping.”
It is a simple technique that very quickly allows a calming of your nervous system, often making traumas, phobias, or any type of emotional upset feels less impactful in your life.
The technique itself can be taught in minutes, so that after the session, you will possess the tools needed to keep yourself calm and peaceful at will.

Pick Up: School parents (and others who contact us by 9 am on Monday, May 15) can pick up this item at Sebastopol Charter School on Thursday, May 18, between 2-4:30pm, OR Friday, May 19th, 1-3:30pm. Details about pick up location, any additional pick up times, and scheduling a special pick up time will be emailed to winning bidders at the close of auction.
Shipping: If you are not a school parent, this item will be shipped to you at your expense unless you contact us at fundraising@thecharterfoundation.org by Monday, May 15, at 9 am, to elect pick up instead of shipping. The estimated shipping charge for this item is $4.55.
