Description
Winner of this auction will recieve one bottle of 2012 Graft Grenache Wine from Graft Wines.
This Grenache was sourced from the biodynamic Dark Horse Vineyard in the hills of Southern Mendocino County. This vineyard is managed without any pesticides, using instead techniques ranging from free- range livestock to insect-attracting gardens in the middle of the vineyard. The winemakers co-fermented the Grenache with Syrah and a bit of Viognier to lift the aromatics and round out the mouth-feel. This Grenache has wonderful notes of strawberry and raspberry and the aging in neutral oak adds a hint of toasted vanilla.
Special Instructions
Pick Up: School parents (and others who contact us by 9 am on Monday, May 15) can pick up this item at Sebastopol Charter School on Wednesday, May 17, between 2 and 4 pm. Details about pick up location, any additional pick up times, and scheduling a special pick up time will be emailed to winning bidders at the close of auction.
Shipping: If you are not a school parent, this item will be shipped to you at your expense unless you contact us at fundraising@thecharterfoundation.org by Monday, May 15, at 9 am, to elect to pick up the item.
Shipping and insurance fees will be determined at auction close. The Charter Foundation is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
