Winner of this auction will recieve a Francis Ford Coppola Winery 2015 Directors Jaws Chardonnay.
2015 was a great year for Chardonnay around the state, especially in Sonoma and Monterey. Great sun exposure and an early harvest brought fruit in at peak ripeness. In this blend, the fruit from Sonoma gave us tropical pineapple tones while the Monterey grapes contributed crisp lemon lime citrus notes.
Coppola wines are set apart from our original Director’s wines. They are different blends that feature fruit sourced not just from Sonoma County, but Monterey, Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo and beyond. By blending fruit of various appellations, we’re able to create wines with expressive textural dimension and lush, juicy fruit flavors.
Special Instructions
Pick Up: School parents (and others who contact us by 9 am on Monday, May 15) can pick up this item at Sebastopol Charter School on Wednesday, May 17, between 2 and 4 pm. Details about pick up location, any additional pick up times, and scheduling a special pick up time will be emailed to winning bidders at the close of auction.
Shipping: If you are not a school parent, this item will be shipped to you at your expense unless you contact us at fundraising@thecharterfoundation.org by Monday, May 15, at 9 am, to elect to pick up the item.
Shipping and insurance fees will be determined at auction close. The Charter Foundation is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
