Meike Grundmann (Craniosacral Therapist and Certified Rolfer) is offering a 60-minute session of Craniosacral Therapy. Cranialsacral Therapy is a gentle yet profound non-invasive and hands-on treatment, addressing the whole body. The treatment focuses on supporting the health of the whole being, especially the nervous system, through a deep listening.
In this non-judgmental listening the body relaxes and can express itself. In that balancing, a slow down of the nervous system occurs which influences and further slows down all the systems in the body.

THIS ITEM IS FOR PICK UP ONLY. It will be available at Sebastopol Charter School on Thursday, May 18th, between 2-4:30pm, OR Friday, May 19th, between 1-3:30pm.
