Depth Hypnosis takes hypnotherapy further, and is the basis for radical, lifelong transformation. In Depth Hypnosis we seek to understand the entire matrix of who the client is.

Flower Essence Therapy harnesses the power of the natural world to encourage and hold change. Elizabeth will create a customized flower essence bottle to support what we explored in session.
