One session with Valerie Vann Oettl in her inwood home/studio or att your apartment. Valerie is certified in Polarity Therapy, Thailand Medical Massage, and is currently becoming certified in Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy.

Her bodywork sessions are 90 minutes long and serve to help restore the body physically, mentally, and emotionally to a more balanced and released state. The goal is not only to relieve the body of tight muscles and tension but also to help one better understand old patterns and structural tendencies which contribute to chronic pain and discomfort. The sessions unfold with a great deal of emphasis on re-alignment of the spine through spinal release techniques and then gives way to the rest of the body, the nervous system, and the organs.
