Our Red Ale has a deep reddish amber hue, a full bodied, well balanced malt flavor, and an aromatic hop character with a moderate bitterness. This kit is one of our favorites, and is one of the most popular with our customers. If you are hankering for an Irish Red instead of an American Red, brew this beer with the Irish Ale yeast and drop the bittering and aroma hops by about 20%.
