 Spring evenings bring our babies, born in the loafing barn under your eyes. They will melt your heart, and the seasonal sweetness of our cheeses will melt in your mouth. The lilacs are in bud, the spring grass is deep green, and the milk is at its most delicious.

A Sample Seasonal Menu:  Your menu will be different, but wonderful…

- Hors d’oeuvres including farm flatbread with local smoked salmon, fresh goat cheese and      
   arugula, split pea and ham soup, artichoke frittata, or pulled pork in roasted peppers
- Hot skillet of duck
- Harley Farms goat cheese ravioli with brown butter and sage and garlic herb fromage blanc
- Winter beef with juniper berry and peppercorn sauce over roasted rosemary red potatoes
   and root vegetables

-Pears baked in red wine with chevre
