• Located in South Lake Tahoe, Christmas Valley area, off of Hwy 50, just past Echo Summit. Completed in March of 2000.


• 2000 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, reverse floor plan, two car garage, laundry and great room, large master bedroom with walk-in closet that contains extra bedding, a pack & play infant bed, and lots of toys, games, books, etc.


• Master bath has a separate shower, Jacuzzi tub, double sink.


• Sleeps 12 - one king bed, two queen beds, two bunk beds (single over double in master), three twin beds in a bunk bed located in a downstairs bedroom (regular twin beds and one trundle). Two more people could sleep in the sofa bed within the great room sofa.


• TV in great room, cable provides TV, Internet and telephone


• Dining area has a table that seats 8, with 2 extra chairs in bedrooms, and four counter stools for eating placed around the kitchen counter that divides the kitchen from the great room


• Gas fireplace in great room, gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer


• Deck off of great room has stairs leading down to the backyard. For summer/fall use, outdoor table and chairs and charcoal BBQ are available for use on the deck.


• Equipped with a "Bear Box" for trash on side of driveway, to prevent bears from raiding trash.


• Fully carpeted throughout, vinyl floors in baths and laundry room, hardwood floor in kitchen, slate entry way.


• Garage has snow shovels, sled, snowshoes for use.
