Studio 4 Pilates has been the premiere movement studio on the San Mateo Coastside since 2004. Offering private and small group sessions on the Pilates apparatus and boasting over 17 group classes per week, the large, sunlit space is a buzzing mecca of Coastsiders of every age and level of fitness. Studio 4 Pilates is also a continuing education and teacher training center--teachers from all over the Bay Area come for workshops, classes and private sessions. We have a vibrant yoga program led by Coastside favorite, LindaGrace Frost. Other offerings include the cutting-edge movement neurology system called Z-Health, and Feldenkrais.
Our Group Classes
Studio 4 Pilates offers several group classes per week. Workouts include traditional Pilates matwork, TowelworkTM, Small Barrels, and more. We also offer yoga and Chi Gong.
