Chloe Back is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and also holds a degree in Dance. Chloe believes in finding ways to keep your workouts interesting, fun and effective and in finding out what works for you as an individual. If a workout is fun, rewarding and gets you results, you will want to do more!
In this auction, you will receive 4 sessions of a whole-body fitness class which includes a cardio warm-up followed by targeted exercises for the core, legs, and arms using bodyweight and resistance bands. It is an intense, fun, all-over workout.
Class is held here in Westchester at Los Angeles Arts Collective on Mondays at 9am.

If shipping is requested, total plus shipping fees must be paid online within three days of auction close, and may take up to 5 business days for processing once payment has been received.
