The winning bid will receive a gift certificate which will be a reduction in orthodontic treatment fees by double the amount of the bid at Wise Orthodontics (Frisco) or Stonebridge Orthodontics (McKinney). 

Example: If your bid is $1000 (payable to PAHS PTSA), Wise Orthodontics will double the $1000 credit towards your orthodontic treatment fee. Therefore you would receive $2000 credit towards care at the office. The certificate is transferable and will be treated like cash towards treatment credit once signed and confirmed in the office. 

Minimum $500  Max Orthodontic Services $4000. Applies to new patient and current patients that have NOT yet begun an active phase of treatment.  May be used towards comprehensive or interceptive orthodontic treatment. Not applicable for Invisalign or RWB treatment.
