About Gabriel: Gabriel moved to Chicago from Mexico City.  He stared his training at 17 years old and has proven his talent and skills ever since.  Working for Christian Dior and Elizabeth Arden specializing in make-up and skin care. In 1994, worked his magic in the Gold Coast at Paul Redher, Ivan Noel,  and Sho.  Received advanced training at Vidal Sassoon in cutting; thermal reconditioning (japanese relaxer) and Balayage techniques were also studied. Has worked in Andersonville for the past 11 years, and has proven his love for  the neighborhood by continuing his career there at Restoration!  He also has a passion for yoga and is a certified instructor!
