Bollywood Groove is a Bollywood dance, fitness, and entertainment company. We have about 35 classes around Chicagoland, including Chicago (West Loop, Lakeview, River North, the Loop, and Bucktown), Evanston, Hoffman Estates, and Willowbrook.

bG Cardio is a combination of joyous Bollywood music and extremely fun dance/cardio moves that help you burn up to 700 calories and de-stresses like nothing else! It's so much fun, you will have trouble wiping off that grin. bG Cardio teaches you fun and theme-appropriate dance moves to the latest and most timeless Bollywood hits. Absolutely no prior experience necessary! Our biggest joy is to watch the incredible mix of people taking our classes, from serious dancers to those who believe they can't dance.
