Join FTCNS parent Carl Coates on Saturday, June 10th from 9:30am to 1:30pm for a sausage making class. Participants will help make, stuff, and twist Italian, Bratwurst, and a mystery sausage. 

Class includes:

• Basics of sausage making


• Overview of equipment


• Spice mixture for Italian sausage and bratwursts


• Lunch with sides, dessert, and beverages


• Any leftovers to take home
