305 hosts over 150 classes per week at their NYC locations in the Village (18 West 8th Street) and Midtown (33 East 33rd Street).

They've also expanded to Washington D.C., where they host classes at Body Smith Gym (1630 14th St NW) and Boston, where classes are held at BFX (699 Boylston St).
