A high end and exclusive portrait studio, Halper Fine Arts offers sessions both in Los Angeles, and on a limited number of dates in the Santa Ynez Valley. After your session, you will return on a later date where you will have the opportunity to order additional portraits as art for the walls of your home that may well become your most treasured possessions.
