Description

Enjoy a beautiful June weekend in the Berkshires (June 16-18).

The house and 1.5 acre property is located on a quiet dead-end street in West Stockbridge, MA. Lined with charming mid- to late-1800s homes, the Williamsville hamlet is a rare setting in the Southwestern Berkshires, with lovely stone walls, old maples, gardens, groomed woods and apple trees.

The 2,600 square foot, four bedroom house, is perfect for large families or a group getaway. Two of the bedrooms contain queen-size beds (one with an adjoining nursery complete with crib / toddler bed and both with central air), one has matching twin beds for children, and the fourth has a twin with a trundle.

There is also a barn located 20 feet from the main house, containing a one-bedroom apartment (queen size bed) on the second floor. The barn abuts a heated, in-ground pool, with high safety fence to make it safe with young children.

Located equidistant from the centers of West Stockbridge, Great Barrington and Stockbridge, MA (10 minutes to each), the house is 20 minutes from Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow, and the Norman Rockwell Museum. Many great restaurants, Appalachian trail hikes, a working Shaker farm, and a triplex movie theater are also close.
