It's a Spring/Fall Combo!  Choose one spring
AND one fall holiday from the following available dates, and get
two (2) visits to the same fantastic spot.  

 

Spring Options:

Spring 1.  April break:  either of the long weekend of
April 14-16, OR the full week of
April 8-16, or any combination during that time.  Best activity this time of year:  hiking!  (If there is late snow, skiing may be available.)  Make some real parent time by sending your kids to the great spring break camp hosted by the local art gallery and field (Art Omi).

 

Spring 2.  June long weekend:  
June 10-12.  Best activity this time of year:  basking in the sun!  The swimming pool will be open and it's really summertime!

 

Fall Options:

Fall 1.  Yom Kippur long weekend:  
September 29 - October 1

 

Fall 2.  Columbus Day weekend:  
October 7-9

Best fall activity:  leaf peeping!  Enjoy some leftover summer sun, hike and enjoy the fall foliage.

 

About the House:

Just 2.5 hours from Brooklyn, this 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath (sleeps 10) is a newly renovated farmhouse on 10 acres in Ancram, New York (Columbia County). There is a pool, and ponds for fishing.  Lake Taghkanic is 3 miles away and it's only a 20 minute drive to Bash Bish Falls.

Catamount Ski Area has an adventure park in the summer for ages 7 and up and is 25 minutes away. 20 minutes from Hudson and 30 minutes away from Rhinebeck.
