This includes possible problems, zoning, code compliance, and Landmarks approval, as well as ballpark pricing for construction, owner supply items, and permitting.

Of course, there is no obligation to continue working together beyond the initial two-hour consultation. An initial consultation is very helpful even if you decide to work with someone else.
