Session will take approximately 45 minutes. Assessment will include discussion of food choices, eating patterns, behaviors and if appropriate, healthier more sustainable alternatives. 


 


The InBody Biospace 520 is a State of the Art non-invasive body composition analyzer that provides a comprehensive body analysis including:


  • Weight Lean Body Mass (Total quantity of muscle,  bone and organ mass)

  • Body Fat Mass (Total quantity of lipids that can be extracted from fat and other cells)

  • Body Water Balance to see if you are dehydrated or holding water (bloating)

  • BMI (Body Mass Index)

  • Percent Body Fat (Differentiates between muscle mass and fat mass)

  • Segmental Lean Development (Individual analysis of arms, legs, trunk)
