Craniosacral Therapy is a light touch with profound changes to the central nervous system.  Individuals report feeling deeply relaxed with decreased stress and tension.  Each session is approximately 90 minutes and the client is fully clothed in a supine position.  Sessions are individualized to meet the the client's specific needs and may also include reiki, sound healing, and aromatherapy.
