The Tibetan vow of 'The Four Immeasurables' encourages us to focus our attention on helping others, emphasizing the importance of Love ('Maitri'), Compassion ('Karuna'), Joy ('Mudita') and Equanimity ('Upeksa'). The vow is inscribed, in Tibetan, on a recycled sterling silver disc, measuring 1" in diameter which hangs on 22" natural colored waxed cotton cord with a sterling silver button closure.
