Essie LeBlanc Au Pairs places young women- typically from the south - with families in and around New York City. The girls are recent college graduates or enrolled in their Junior or Senior year. Essie LeBlanc personally matches Au Pairs and families for a full-year assignment. You'll be provided with several options and allowed time to interview and even fly candidates up for a trial weekend.

Au Pairs live-in and provide help up to 45 hours a week as needed. Au Pairs must have their own bedroom and other restrictions apply.
