Winner will receive a comprehensive orthodontic evaluation which will include Orthodontic Diagnostic Records (digital pictures, x-rays and molds of the teeth) and complimentary whitening at the end of treatment (the whitening service can be transferred to the parent if the patient is under the age for the service)
