Winner will receive four Prenatal, Postnatal or Mommy and Me Yoga classes at Prenatal Yoga Center. This yoga destination will help you reconnect your body, spirit and mind, guiding you through a class specifically designed for the journey of pregnancy, interweaving both childbirth education and therapeutic yoga applications. Using a three-pronged approach to teaching, classes at Prenatal Yoga Center address the aches and pains of pregnancy so students feel better each day. The Center fosters a supportive community of friendship, and integrates childbirth education into classes to help the mother be more prepared and empowered for labor, delivery and motherhood.
