With your introductory membership we've also included a complimentary Signature Service appointment. This is a one-hour session with a certified personal fitness trainer who will create a customized fitness plan based on your specific needs. He/she will review your health history, help you establish individual fitness goals, and perform some assessments to help you develop your workout plan. Your trainer will also instruct you on proper form and technique, and guide you through a workout session.

Winning bidder may pick up the item on Tuesday, May 16, 2:30-5:00 or Wednesday, May 17, 12:00-2:30 p.m. in the Sun Valley School Multi-Purpose Room, 75 Happy Lane, San Rafael. Any mailing or delivery charges are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
