This home is owned by a Sun Valley family. All terms, dates and plans are to be agreed upon by the owner. Does not cover cleaning fee ($300). The house has 2 pack-n-plays, and 2 kid mattresses.
Winning bidder may pick up the item on Tuesday, May 16, 2:30-5:00 or Wednesday, May 17, 12:00-2:30 p.m. in the Sun Valley School Multi-Purpose Room, 75 Happy Lane, San Rafael. Any mailing or delivery charges are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
