The Oyster Girls will provide 120 locally grown Oysters and four (4) pounds of their seasoned, boiled shrimp and serve them up to your guests with style. The Oyster Girls provide the shucking service while introducing your guests to the art of eating oysters. Indulge in a delectable selection of oysters on the half shell served over beds of ice along with their famous sauces and accoutrements, including sassy pink horseradish and rice-wine mignonette. Organic and local ingredients are used whenever available.

The Oysters served are locally grown from Tomales Bay. The Oyster Girls' signature oyster is the Petite-Miyagi. It’s flavor and characteristics change with the seasons, but is generally a robust, crisp oyster with upfront brine and a mineral or seaweed finish.
