Three-pass to H.Y.P Studio's Pilates Equipment Drop-In Sessions. Studio locations are in Needham, Wellesley and Medfield.
Enjoy all the ab-centric benefits of Pilates, without the standing weekly commitment! Limited to 5 students per class, Pilates Equipment Drop-In classes are first come, first served. The small class format and hands-on approach to training makes for a wonderful introduction to the core-strengthening, strength building, all-over body conditioning work that is Pilates!
