Camp Galileo
Grouped by grade and nurtured by incredible staff, Camp Galileo campers take on art, science and outdoor activities tailored to their level, and they learn lasting innovation skills like collaboration and reflection. As campers grow, their curriculum evolves to include more advanced concepts, complex projects and creative freedom.
After a week at camp, you’ll hear your kids use words like “trusses” and “visionary” without missing a beat. You’ll probably even hear why mistakes are marvelous things to make. All this engrossing learning is wrapped in four, fresh, weekly themes.
Local camps sessions are located at Kent Middle School in Kentfield and Ring Mountain Day School in Mill Valley. Other camps are located all throughout the Bay Area.
Camp Petaluma
Camp Pelaluma is a new summer camp series held at nearby Valley Vista Elementary School.
They strive for your camper to love their camp experience! Although they have an epic summer of activities, themes, and events planned they know the most important factor in choosing a great camp is, will my child be safe and will they come home happy? They take both those topics seriously.
Camp Petaluma is designed to be the safest camp possible with experienced (highly vetted) staff, low camper to staff ratios, and extremely thorough training. They have more than 20 years of bringing award wining summer camps to the North Bay and understand what it takes to run a safe camp. They have children in Petaluma City Schools and are extremely excited to bring the highest quality camp here to own town. In addition, Camp Petaluma is a 501c3 non-profit with a mission bring affordable camp programs to our community.
In addition, they know that campers love all the activities, themes and events that get planned but the number one reason campers come to camp is to have positive and enriching experiences with other campers and staff. They have purposely hired staff with many different skill sets but can ensure they all have one thing in common, they love kids and want your camper to have a great summer!
Camp Petaluma has been structured to ensure the safety and quality of our program at all times. For more information; visit www.camppetaluma.org
