Description
Artist, Walter Bobb, has been creating one-of-a-kind pet portraits for years. Imagine having an original oil painting of your dog, cat or bird hand-painted on a 9"x12" canvas. This would be something you, or a person that you gift it to, would always cherish. Allow Walter to create a lasting tribute to your or a friend's pet with a personal portrait.
Special Instructions
The picture is limited to one subject animal per canvas, and will be a portrait style picture of the face and head area only. It will be painted from a series of 6 to 10 color jpg photographs of the animal. The artist will work with the recipient of the certificate to edit the photographs to create the best portrait possible. Once the photo is approved, it will take approximately 3-4 months to paint the picture, allowing the oil paint to dry completely. Framing and matting of the final picture is not included. Delivery charges, packing fees, postage, and insurance are also not included.

Proceeds benefit Kona Historical Society, a 501c3 nonprofit. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping and Hawai`i State tax (4.166%). We try our best to ship items (in this case, a gift certficate) as economically as possible. Winning bidder is also responsible for postal insurance if the item’s value is over $500. As with all auctions, item is sold “as is” with no refunds available.
