Each child's hands were photographed making a heart shape on a primary or secondary color paper background, randomly selected to give visual interest to the final composition. The images were combined into a single page layout and type was added. The final poster was output as a digital photographic print at 20"X24" then double-matted with archival materials and framed in a 24"X30" black wooden frame. A key is provided on the back of the piece indicating the names of the students and identifying their hands.
