This Guinness chocolate cake may be as simple as black and white, but it is a favorite of  many and is Kate’s most requested cake. The chocolate flavor in this cake is super deep but not overwhelmingly rich, thanks to that not-so-secret ingredient, Guinness Stout, which also is responsible for making this cake super moist. Each of the three chocolaty cake layers is topped with a whipped, cream cheese frosting that is so creamy that it mimics the dense froth that sits atop a freshly, properly poured Guinness. The deep chocolate cake and the creamy whipped cream cheese frosting are the perfect complement to one another, and this most delicious combination is guaranteed to make your mouth very, very happy!
