Special Instructions
Restrictions: Once the certificate is activated lessons must be used within time allotted. Lessons are scheduled on a once-weekly basis and must be arranged for the entire month at time of activation. This certificate is good only for instrument, music theory or voice lessons. Current students may not apply certificate to their current tuition. One certificate per student.
Items may be picked up at Beethoven Street Elementary School located at 3711 Beethoven St, Los Angeles, CA 90066 on Tuesday May 23, 2017 from 8:00am to 9:00am. (Items will be located at the front of the school, by the office.)
Shipping can be requested by the winner at an additional cost. All items will be shipped via USPS within the U.S. only. Beethoven Street Elementary School and/or donors are not responsible for shipping fees.
To save on shipping costs, we will happily combine shipping for multiple items won.
