Born in Paris, France, CHEF ROMANA is a successful, worldly chef with extensive experience on land and at sea as a private yacht chef, spanning international borders. Using her proficiency in 3 languages (Serbo-Croatian, French and English), she has spent her summers traveling throughout the Mediterranean, Western Europe and the US. Ultimately, guests can expect exciting international flavors, as well as unique specialty pastries. CHEF ROMANA has operated her own catering and personal chef business for the past 15 years with clients ranging from Supreme Court Justices and entertainers to professional executives, ambassadors and celebrities in Nevada, California and Florida.

CHEF ROMANA has interests as wide ranging from photography to playing classical piano. With her performances, she has won talent awards and titles throughout numerous Miss America preliminary pageants, including Miss Oakland County and Miss Michigan Charm. In addition to her culinary passion, CHEF ROMANA enjoys writing music, photography, writing poetry/short stories, foreign films and traveling.
