Creating a legal entity is important for many reasons, including (1) first and foremost, protecting your personal assets from liability, (2) obtaining certain tax benefits, and (3) enhancing your venture’s credibility and branding. 

  Howard & Howard’s services will include: 

• filing the Articles of Incorporation or Organization;


• drafting the Bylaws or Operating Agreement;


• drafting the organizational meeting minutes;


• filing the initial Annual List; and


• obtaining a tax I.D. number (EIN). 

The package does not include Nevada Secretary of State filing costs.
