About Kaela Joyner. Ms. Joyner concentrates her practice in intellectual property with a focus on trademarks. She has experience conducting trademark clearance searches, analyzing the existing use of desired marks, evaluating trademark and infringement dilution concerns, and rendering opinions regarding registrability. She is also skilled at identifying copyright, trade dress, and design patent opportunities. Ms. Joyner received her J.D. and LL.M. (Intellectual Property) from the University of Washington School of Law in 2014 as well as her B.S. from Emerson College in 2011. She is licensed to practice in the State of New York.
