Description
The bearer of this certificate is entitled to bring up to nine guests to ride on the San Francisco Fireboat with the San Francisco Fireboat Crew.
Special Instructions
RESTRICTIONS: All ride-along participants must complete a Release of Liability Form or if under the age of 18, this form must be completed by their parent / guardian. All participants must be a minimum of 12 years of age and each minor must be accompanied by an adult. Date of trip shall be mutually agreed upon by telephoning the Chief's Office.
