AQUATICS AT POMEROY: SWIM LESSONS FOR ALL AGES Cuttlefish Swim Program (6 months to 5 years) Cuttlefish have fun in the water with their parents while learning water acclimation skills. Classes include song time, skills practice time, and play time. We require that one adult assist each child during the swim lesson. Penguin Swim Program (3 to 6 years) Penguins learn real swim skills in a low pressure, fun environment. Each swimmer must be comfortable in the water, be able to put face in water on command, and be able to follow directions well in a class setting. We require that one adult assist each child during the swim lesson. Sea Otter Swim Program (5 to 12 years) Sea Otters learn to swim in a group setting. The class is limited to 6-8 children, and is taught without parents in the water. *All children must be 44 inches tall. Recreation Swim / Open Swim for Parents & Children Each Recreation Swim time is one hour long. By having a fun, free playtime in our warm water pool, children become comfortable in the water. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Use this certificate towards One Session of a Cuttlefish, Penguin, Sea Otter Swim Class or Recreational Swim.
